.REL files

I recently downloaded the Zebes(bros.) stage texture and I don't know where to put my .rel file? I've tried to load the stage without it and it freezes the game. I use riivolution BTW.

which .xml do you use? if you tell me i can help

RSBE.XML

BTW my .REL file is named st_dxzebes is that correct?

Follow this turtorial, then look at the 2nd post.
there you can see where everything must be.

BUT make sure that you download the .xml from that topic.
or else it wont work
