The file common5.pac can't use more than 12,204,896 bytes (11.6 MB) when you're using Gecko OS.
Two of the PAC archives can be removed, which are the MotionEtc archives for Charizard and Squirtle. Removing those archives won't affect the characters at all, even with Riivolution.
