Extractor Programs?

does anyone know of a program that can do one of the following...

1.  Extract .arc files (I want the model/textures in Super Mario Galaxy 2, but all the files are .arc

2.  Extract .fsys (Again, models/textures, but for Pokemon Battle Revolution, all the files for the pokemon are .fsys)

Well then do you know anywhere else that I can get a 3D model of every pokemon, and what about NSMB Wii?

They don't use mdl0 models

There's 200 pokemon in PokéPark Wii that you can get

I already ripped them all. Just PM me if you want a specific model. I have all of the items as well.
