Smae positions for different CSP's

I need to know how is it that you get multiple characters in the same pose with different outfits. How do they do it?

Okay, what I do is this. (I have Jasc Paintshop Pro 8 )
For color #2 I choose one of the colors I want to change.
For color #1 I do the same thing, but I go to the color selection afterwards.
For the circle surrounding the lightness/darkness, I change it to the color I want. Therefore it's the same lightness or darkness, just a different color, because I don't change the middle area.

And then I use the color replacer tool. (which explains my color #1 and 2 thing, because the color replacer replaces color #2 with color #1.)
And I repeat for each different area I want to change.
Lengthy, but clean.
Again, sorry if this totally confuses you because I can't explain it well.
