Using chaos control with shadow

How do we use chaos control with shadow?

Chaos Control:

As Shadow takes a beating throughout the fight he gathers up Hero points to charge up his Chaos Control.  Once you have enough you will start flashing blue like so and you will then be able to use the power of Chaos Control by using your Down Taunt

Chaos Control slows down time for the opponents for a good while so that Shadow can get back in the fight!
