Do any models hold transparency?

Like if a texture has some see through parts will it still work with 404s 2D model thing?
If not where can I find something that has transparency?

I make stages and music! GO check em out!

Only specific models, like the 2D image model I use, are able to use transparency. I haven't yet come across a cube that can use transparency.
