How to add new Character Voices

I've assembled a set of sound for the Tails Texture/Vex hack found here>> http://forums.kc-mm.com/index.php?topic=5400.0 Now I'm wondering how to replace the default Sonic sounds with them (These: http://www.mediafire.com/?8r2be6sj2ee536c ) and if you can do that without burning to another DVD (like a texture hack or something).

If the only way possible is VIA DVD then can you please list a tutorial or instructions. Thanks

i viewed the files only wave 0 has sound also what your asking goes in the help section
