...Really? Only bumb topics after a week or so.

I mean, even some of the worse cases I've seen do it the day after the post it... but you couldn't even wait that long?

:notimp: If your not going to answer or something don't post i thought it was a answer...

I've never gotten that program to work correctly without it messing up polygons. If you want to resize a model, you have to do it in the animations...

Well sorry if I'm just warning you before a mod gets after you.

Glad I could help :D Just make sure you don't have any 1 frame animations, or it will freeze.

1 frame animations? So when i resize it i have to do that for all animations or just animation 0 which is T pose?

Yeah, in every animation, on the first frame, change the scale of a bone that affects the whole model. If you only do it for animation 0, then it won't apply in game.

Woe now i know why it takes a long time for these imported character's to be done :o
Also won more question this might be off topic but do i just replace the model and texture to get it working? or does it require other steps? you don't have to answer the question but it would be nice.

You can't just replace the model and textures and get it to work perfectly. You're gonna have to go through a lot more steps... Look at snoopy's model importing thread
