Where do people get that blue character select icon background?

those are the icon fonts/backgrounds
(purple red and blue)
you can download them by rightclicking and saving as:P

No problem.  Do you guys know how to get the fonts for the big name (i.e. Bowser Koopa) and smaller one (the one that appears at the top of the blue icon)?
