Recruiting help for a project!

Hey guys, its me, xxmasal22xx. You probably know me for my Ultimate Chimera over Ivysaur Import, Darkrai Beta, or my other topics/PMs.

Well, today I'm here to ask you all for a little help.

Today I am asking for help with one of two Imports.
1.) Dragonite over Charizard


OR
2.) Luxray over Pikachu


I am undecided as of now, but if anyone would kindly help out with animations and/or glitch fixing, i can make recolors, CSS icons, CSPs, CSS Names, etc.

I figure Luxray over Pikachu wouldn't need that much of a PSA, and Dragonite over Charizard may need a little more of a PSA.

If you can help with any of the two imports, please do.
