how to make a pac a pcs

i have the avatar aang psa over ness but there is no pcs.  How do i transfer the texture from the pac to the pcs?

The PSA doesn't need a pcs, but try just using brawlbox to save the texture pac as a pcs.

Just to clarify, the fitness.pac is the actual moveset and you don't need a fitness.pcs.

For the texture though, you will need a fitness0#.pcs. If the download didn't include one you'll have to find it seperately, the fitness.pac does not contain any kind of texture.
