Toon link.pac to luigj.PAC help!

[ShadowSkull]

Ok, so today brawl was p*ssing me off  :notimp: , cause no matter what I did, I couldn't get
This ToonLink.pac:
http://forums.kc-mm.com/index.php?topic=22235.0
over luigi!
Here's what I attempted, cause guys that normally ask for help are vague on the details and the people trying to help them are completely clueless...
Attempted with brawlbox 0.63d:
3D animation swapping  :af:
Bone, polygons. Etc swapping  :srs:
texture swaping  :>.>:
renaming "FitToonLink00.pac" to "FitLuigi00.pac"  :oshi:

If anyone can help me with a tutorial or digestion asap, that would be glorious!
