.SWF to something ueful converter?

[JBG]

so in order to finish the hacking tutorial videos I've made, I need to change them from .swfs to something else like .avi or something, just so i can put them together in Movie Maker, one to compress their size, two to put them together into the desired parts.

I found one before, but I have to sit through the entire video, then stop it at the very end so it doesn't loop, then I have to wait for the conversion process. It's...inefficient.

Does anyone know of a more efficent way of converting them?

Well, .swf aren't exactly video files are they.

But if there is an easier method, I'd like to know as well.
