why is there never acommon5_en.pac?

everytime you try to download a custom css or sss there is no common5_en
and i want to know why because i cant o it ive tried but my stupid brawl box wont replace but one thing at a time so im not going to do
so can someone tell me why it never comes with one please.

because a common5.pac is an archive full of a [censored]load of textures for different things in the game. People upload just the individual pictures so that people can install them while using whatever custom textures they want.

Just use this clean common5.pac and install what you want into it
