i need a common5 for the melee css and i dont know how to make it can someone make it for me or tell me how to make my own css.

sc_selcharacter can be found within common5.
Go download it.

Yes.
Just export it if you want to use it for Gecko or something.

so in the common5 just export the sc_selcharacter and it will make a new pac file called sc_selcharacter and i can use it?

Yes.
If you are using Gecko, you use that for the CSS.
It goes in private/wii/app/rsbe/pf/menu2
If you are using Riivolution, you need to use common5_en.pac instead.
That goes in private/wii/app/rsbe/pf/system
