Help with Meta Knight soundbank for lucas

Im using the metaknight over lucas thats here on the vault and it works perfectly other than the fact he doesnt have metaknights sounds/voice. im using the soundbank modifier code for him but it only works when im fighting against the original metaknight characters slot(I have the haunter psa over him). however im also using the soundbank modifier code to give ROB metaknights voice because i have grey fox over him and it works perfectly. I even took the code to give rob metaknigts voice off and it still doesnt work.  help!?
