Help with Pokemon replacement

How do I use Starwaffle's Pokemon Replacement files?

You have to put the files in the right order

Create folder and name it Item in your pf folder. Then put all the .pac files in folders with the same name as the pokemon.

I recently deleted this from my SD but i think it says on the dl description 

For example:
PkmEnteiBrres.pac; would go in a folder named Entei, and so forth..
