I finally go to play with Buu and I am having fun with his new moves! But there are some things you can fix. Like his Planet Burst. Its not so dramatic like Goku's spirit bomb. Maybe there needs to be a longer charge, or probably instead of two hits and then it blows up you can make it last longer. Also his Kamehameha needs a sfx. it seems so odd right now that when it shoots no sound comes unless it hits. Also the charging sound should last longer. seems to faint at the moment. Also you should probably go at the down b animation again or revamp it. He needs to move his arms a little more so it doesnt seem to stale. But other than that this is still a good starting point for him. Great job
