Can someone help me trouble shoot this. I'VE DONE EVERYTHING EXACTLY THE WAY EVERY GUIDE SAYS TO DO!!! However, the young link over toon link hack is the only one that works... The young link over toon link happens to have a bunch of files in it being: the basic .pcs file + a .pac file and all their colors (00-06). Then it has some kind of movement file. That hack works FINE. However, every other hack doesn't even work, they just don't show up. I think it might have something to do with how these other hacks only have one or two files : just the (.pcs and .pac files), not the movement file like the young link over toon link. The gecko OS is reading the codes fine but, they don't show up. So far, I've tried the rosalina over peach(HD), umm the "Birthday suit" samus and umm the "Birthday suit" zelda.... Those don't work at all for me but, young link works fine. Can someone help me fix this problem. Thanks in advanced!

Do the non-working hacks have pcs AND pac files, or just one or the other? They all need the pcs and Samus and Zelda need the pac to transform properly.
Basically fit[name].pac is the move set, fitcharmotionetc.pac is miscellaneous stuff like effects (you sometimes need this for hack move sets) then fit[name]##.pcs is the for textures/vertexes and fit[name]##.pac is to let transforming characters not revert to the default texture when they change back. For instance, if you have Zelda's fitzelda01pcs but not fitzelda01pac, and you turn into Sheik, when you turn back into Zelda it'll just be her normal red color.

Thanks for helping me understand them but, They don't even show up in the first place.(btw I do give the textures time to load). For example, the peach to rosalina texture only has one file : FitPeach00.pcs I start the game through the homebrew channel then go to gecko os(1931) and it says it found the codes and it applies them, then it flashes a green screen for a second and the game loads. I go to group>regular brawl>and then wait 30 seconds for the textures to load. Then when I play as peach (regular color) nothing is changed. She looks exactly the way she would without any codes at all. The only character that works is toon link to young link. The hacks that have only .pcs are zelda n peach. The ones that have .pcs and .pac are young link n zero suit samus. However, the only one that shows up is young link.

That's really bizarre. I assume the folders are named correctly (peach, zelda, szerosuit) since you seem to know what you're doing. The only thing I can think of is that something got corrupted. I doubt it's the case, but it's all I can think of. You could try to redownload the ones that aren't working and if that doesn't work, back up the stuff that does work and reformat your SD card. It's kind of a lot of work, but it's all I've got, sorry I couldn't be more help.

OMFG!!!! The RAR files I downloaded looked identical to the un-zipped ones. That's why only young link worked!! So all I had to do was un-zip the files!! Oh well, Thanks for the help.
