Need Help with Oshtoboy's Dependant Song Loaders for Expansion Stages plz help

Ok, I was looking for music codes on expansion stages, and i was looking for Dependent Song Loaders, and then i found these:

So now i really wanna use them, but i don't know how to use the code. Also, I already know i need the Custom Song Engine to pull this off. But people have been telling me, "Name some *%^@ing brstms to what the code says then put 'em in SD\private\wii\app\rsbe\pf\sound\sfx" But i don't know what that means about naming the brstm. Should you name the brstm the entire code like:
28708ceb000000504A00000090180F0614000076FF00C011E000000080008000.brstm and also, I'm a Riivolution User, and i use Beyond's xml. and they say, you might have to edit your xml. Do these codes require you to edit your xml? Cuz I'm not sure, and how do i edit my freaking xml?  I really don't know how. so someone plz help me.

Bumped so i can plz get help. If anyone knows how to use these codes or if someone uses them and if they know how to do it with Riivolution, plz help by specificly telling me how to use it Because i'm clueless at learning how to use em, and how do i edit an xml if i have to?

Ok..
1. Put this on you're .xml: (To edit you're .xml open Notepad click on you're -xml move it to Notepad and there you can edit it.)

2. Put this code into you're .gct file:

3. Then in you're pf folder in sound create the sfx folder.
4. If you want to put a sound in the first Custom Stage put to you're this name to you're .brstm: 0000C001.brstm
5. So now that sound should play in you're first custom stage.
6. If you want to put more sounds to you're other custom stages put the codes like o told you in the third step in this case: 0000C001.brstm so to put it to you're second custom stage but: 0000C002

Thank you so much! So how do i know which one is which? Do the last two digits of the name say it all? like for example, is 000C011.brstm for STGCustom11? If so, then thanks. Also, i can throw that xml stuff anywhere i want, right? and do i have to adjust the spacing and stuff, or should i leave it as is as soon as i paste it? It will be automaticly detected, right? Is the spacing right and everything? Tell me if something isn't right with it. Try inserting that into notepad first. Also, if i hit save as, you can only save it as txt, but i had file extension as .xml and it saved as xml. It will work, right?
