One-Size Mod Help

I have this PSA for Mario that includes a FitMarioMotion.pac file, and I want a texture hack on Mario but it requires a One-Size Mod in order it to work properly, and I don't want to get rid of the PSA's Motion.pac.

Is there a way to combine the PSA's FitMarioMotion with the texture hack's One-Size Mod FitMarioMotion?
