Well, that's up to you. Any codes you don't keep, you won't be able to use. So if your goal is to play Brawl Minus, make sure you keep all the codes Brawl Minus uses.

Thats not what I mean. I mean there are some important words in order for brawl Minus to work such as this:
RSBE01
Super Smash Bros. Brawl (NTSC)
Brawl Minus Codeset V1.2 Beta
Global Codes
I left that thing out including my codes and I don't understand y the codes doesn't work.
