When i dl'ed a Texture, it came with a pac, what does it do if it doesnt change your moveset?
How do you add CSP's (where,renames,everything)

It depends... what is the .pac called?

The pac is there so then other people can edit the texture with ASH...

the .pac that doesnt change movesets is there for transforming characters only (Zelda/Sheik, Samus/ZSS, Kirby[to some extent], Pokemon Trainer[all pokemon])
