Or does such even exist? I'm just wondering because I plan to use Ice Climbers and not a .rel port in my upcoming project.

actually there isnt one sadly
all you can get is a couple not very good PSA's (except pair of pumbers but there not complete yet)

Hmmm, a shame I guess.
Is Ice climbers .pac even editable in PSA? If so, I'll use the original and chance a few things, like speed and stuff...

consider doing a ice climbers sword PSA, mabye vertex or import a sword and PSA them doing marth/ike/link sword attacks

Eh, I'm no expert when it comes to PSA. I figure I'll import someone (or two) over them and just edit their original PSA to move them faster and change attributes. It'll stay the same, nothing too advanced.
