I decided to start using BrawlBox to make textures and I'm curious... do i have to still index the textures or is it automatically done?

BrawlBox does index the textures for you, but it's better if you do the indexing yourself so that the image doesn't look too messy.  Problem is, there are some indexed textures with semi-transparent colors (such as Fox's headgear).

Just use pngs. U can do all the transperency stuff without that ugly magenta or indexing. But for csps use a png at frist get it all set up the way u want then index the picture then delete all the parts u wanted transparent. It turns out pretty good
