Converting NTSC-U rel files to PAL.

So I was wondering is it possible to convert rel files from NTSC-U to PAL. And I mean character rels stage rels I know how to make myself.





I do accept requests for recolours.

you can't port NTCS-U rel to PAL, there is so much between them so it would be impossible.

easiest is to use a PAL rel at the beginning

I guess I have to learn how to make character rels.
