How do I add stages?

I found this presents stage and I don't know where to put the hack. Somebody said something about a module folder. I checked all of my st, pf, and those other folders and I couldn't find module.

you need to create a module folder into private/wii/app/rsbp/pf folder, there will be the .rel files, and the .pac files (that are the stages) you will put into private/wii/app/rsbp/pf/stage/melee folder.
