I am completely new to this, not to Homebrew and Gecko, ect. but I know almost nothing about Super Smash Bros. Brawl character texture hacking, I want to get these texture packs, http://forums.kc-mm.com/Gallery/BrawlView.php?Number=24671#ByUserID=17903&Moderated=All&Moderated=All (just the Monique, Lilian and Krystal ones) I made the Private,Wii,App,RSBE,PF,Fighter, folder directory and put the characters names and put the texture packs as they came in, Peach, Zelda and SZeroSuit, I tried playing the game through Gecko OS and it didn't work, what am I doing wrong? Thank you for any help!

there's also Riivolution if you plan to want Voices of other characters like Shadow over DK's voices or something similar to that, so it all depends on what exactly you would like on it.
