Well, it's size is 2GB, the file system is FAT32, and the allocation unit size is 4096 kilobytes.

Nope... And that's what I'm wondering...
Are all your folders in the pf folder are named correctly?

/Info/Portrite/*your files*
/Menu/Common/Char_bust_tex/*your files*
/Menu2/*your files*
/System/*your files*

The only folder in my pf folder is /fighter/, which contains the toonlink folder for the pac and pcs files.
