I need a certain pack READ THIS!!

well, I need a pack with textures, where all textures are filled besides the original color, and also i want like psa's that dont effect the vertex or anything, i just want psa's that are good, slightly overpowered but not to much like i want psa's like max onslaught captain where you can go all over the place and stuff, if anyone could it would help

well u can get project m but it wont give u textures but it will give u psa's

Go to youtube and look up Poptarts Texture pack.

Thats the very first pack I used to get started in Brawl, as far as PSA is concerned though, I think there are a few out on the vault, you just have to look carefully.
