How to apply a Stage hack? (And others)

[DaGreat]

Don't know how to apply a stage hack.

Others:

I don't know how to apply sfx into my Shadow the Hedgehog (Final Chapter I think it was) hack.
I also wanted to have Mewtwo over Ness, but it randomly froze. Can you tell me where to put certain files at?
This also applies to my Dr Mario hack I wanted.

Thanks in advance.

Rel files that come with the stages go here
