Pokémon from PokéBall replacement?

I can't seem to figure out where these go...in common3.pac?  and where? (if so)

They go in the "Item" folder. If you're using riivolution, the "Item" folder goes inside the "textures" folder and if you're using Gecko, I think that the folder goes inside the "Pf" folder, but I'm not sure about this one.
And each pokemon and character from the assist item have their own folder.

Oh ok.  Now that makes sense - Pf/Item/Names I'll have to look up thank you!
