Can't change "Open With" to Brawlbox [Solved]

Back when I made CSPs I was able to do this, now I can't. I try selecting it and it just acts as if I did nothing. Anyone have any idea why this might be?

Run Brawl Box as an administrator, Tools>Settings, change the file associations. Then just double click stuff to open it.
