More then 1 Hack

Can you have more then 1 hack over a character at a time? Because I would like to use Samus and Dark Samus but i'm not sure if it would work :o if so how would I do it with multiple motionetc files?

just save it as different FitCharacter0#.pac/pcs.

So I should just rename the motionetc file for each character I want on different colors?
