Problem with cbliss - not working for Toon Link?

Okay, here's my problem:
I was testing out new textures for Toon Link, when I realized that he only had six slots on the roster menu, rather than ten. I know cbliss was working as most of the characters had ten, but Toon Link, Wolf, Sonic, Snake, Robot, and Purin all seem to have their original number of slots. If anyone can figure this out, I would really appreciate it. Sorry if this is a n00b issue.  I've been trying to figure this out for days...

Did you used cBliss tool made by Mewtwo2000? And do you have the CSS made by ASF1nk for this? It might be your issue... It happens to me...
Are you PAL or NTSC?

You probably accidentally cut off the last part of the codes.

       Doh!  I've been using the Phantom Wing's stage expansion as well, and I must have missed the last codes when copying them over.  Thanks for such a quick and easy fix, ASF1nk, and thanks for trying, Akeno-sempai!
