Having both regular Samus and Dark samus characters?

I Recently downloaded the Dark Samus over Samus import, and i was wondering if there is a hack that has Dark Samus over anyone else, and if not if its possible to simply put it over someone else?

You can just put it over a single costume. Both characters will fight the same, but technically you get both.

But i don't just want the skin, i want to have Samus and her original moveset (as she is one of my best characters) and have the Dark Samus moveset and skins over a different character. Kind of how you can have Shadow over DK instead of Sonic.

Oh I didn't know there was a dark samus moveset. As far as I know you cannot .rel port samus yet. So you'd have to adapt the existing one to be over someone else.

Yeah but i have NO idea how to do that?

It is basically what they did with Shadow Kong. It means re-doing the PSA but on another character. Since it is an existing PSA you can use the same model and animations, but the coding needs to be adapted. And articles are issues as well. So my advice is you start playing around with PSAs or request someone to port it.
