But why are the police outside!?

I love P:M, with all the modified move sets and the stages, but there are characters that I don't use and would like to put other characters over. However I learned that most hacks here you can't put over P:M characters. I don't want to have to use regular brawl because I prefer melee physics. Is there somewhere I can look for characters I can put over others for P:M?

I've been looking into this for a while, too. There currently aren't many mods made for P:M, unfortunately. I can tell you where two are, though (only one of which you can use right now):

The other I will post ASAP, but it's on Smashboards and it's still going through some upsets. Should work in 15-30 minutes, but I can't get there right now.

The one in the link above is for Waluigi, and it isn't released yet. The one I'm getting is for Mewtwo, and it's still in testing, but is very playable.

Damn, I was hoping for more variety, but thank you for the link and info, I appreciate it. I think people here should definitely focus on some P:M hacks. I've had my heart set on Scott Pilgrim and Knuckles for a while and really would like to put them in P:M.

I wish it were that easy, yeah. If I knew how to and had the time, I'd do it. There's also another topic here by a guy that goes by Amarythe, and he makes versions of characters already in P:M that have movesets that make more references to their home games. I can link you to that.

Doing hacks is way out of my league so I give serious props to people who even do it at all. Downloading them is much more my skill level. My success with that is even slim but I digress. That sounds actually pretty interesting, if you could provide that link I'd be even more in your debt. Edit: I'll make a habit of quoting people I'm talking to, I'm sure this makes it easier on you.

It helps, yeah. You'll get the hang of things. Unfortunately I'm not able to link to it as of now, but I'll try in the morning.

Welcome to the community. I'm not really that technically skilled, but I know my way around pretty well and can help you with a few things. Message me here on or on Smashboards (username Dmickolas) if you need anything.

Thank you very much. Most of my failures came from messing with P:M so now that I know what I know I'm sure I'll do a lot better, but if I do run into a problem I will be sure to ask you, thanks again!
