[Programming] Custom CSS Icon Arrangement

I'm new to brawl modding. Currently, I'm using Project M 3.0 because I like their version of Smash Bros better than Nintendo's.

I can't use CSS organizer because I don't have the original character select, I have Project M's. Or can I?

I want to know how to edit the arrangement of the character icons and the picked character portraits. What files do I need to edit? Is there a programming language I need to learn?

I figured what to do in CSS Organizer... What about Brawlbox though?
