Kirby Hat help

I don't really know how to word this but lets say i download goku over pit and it gives me fitkirby.pac and fitkirbypit00.pac does the fit kirby pac just go for that one khat or a whole moveset for kirby or that neutural b for all the other khats? i know it's confusing but im going to try to give you an example...

Fitkirby.pac with FitKirbyPit00.pac=neutural B for only pit khat(ex:Gives Goku(Pit) it's own neuteral B and look while Kid Buu(c.falcon)khat gets its own texture and neutural b.

OR

FitKirby.pac with FitKirbyPit00.pac=Gives kirby whole moveset and texture is basically useless(gives kirby goku moveset)

OR

FitKirby.pac with FitKirbyPit00.pac=Gives texture when swallows pit but the neutural B goes to all the other Kirby hats.(ex:you suck Pit(Goku) and gives hair and n-B also when you swallow c.falcon you get captains texture but pit khats B)
 
Might be confusing but for some people to understand how about this question...Can each Khat have its own texture and skill set even though there are more than one FitKirby.pac?

it works like this to get kirby hats movesets you have to  code them onto the fitkirby.pac the fitkirbypit.pac and such is where the hat model and animations are.

you can only have one fitkirby.pac so lets say you wanted goku kirby kameha plus waluigi kirby hat which waluigi was over another char besides pit, you would need to open goku fitkirby.pac and modifiy the code to play waluigi kirby hat.

those files only change the neutral b when your transformed into pit incase this was your only doubt

Well I mean like is it possible to have 2 fitkirby.pac's in the same folder to be used to be the b for one of the other transformations

no there is only one fitkirby.pac that pac has all the codding for all kirby transformations inside thats why there is only one
