Today I was trying to download 'sawnds' and 'Smash Attack' onto my computer, but as I was downloading the two programs Google Chrome blocked the two programs and said they contained malicious material, I was completely shocked. Im srs here Now the thing is, I don't know if this is just my computer being an idiot, or this is the straight up truth. Could someone please help me out here and tell me if you've had this problem too?

It's possibly just your computer and/or antivirus.

I'm certain that no one would ever knowingly upload something with malicious material in it.

I figured out that these resources are not really malicious, my computer is just being a bit overprotective.

How I figured this out you asked? Today I was trying to download a Flying Mario texture for Project M off of dropbox, but when I clicked download, it said it had blocked dropbox.com for malicious material, this time I knew my computer was bluffing, I was told that dropbox is extremely safe, this website wouldn't recommend it if it wasn't. MediaFire is the one i'm always afraid of.   Mario Facepalm

Obviously it means Project M is a malicious resource. You should report them to the cyber-police.

The ability to merge topics is a wonderful, wonderful thing.

Ugh, the same goes for my parents. They are always suspicious of what I download. Yep, I'm a stupid kid complaining about his parents like a baby...   Laugh
