How to rel port over Ice Climber

Ive tried using Rel ports over bowser and ice climbers but it doesn't work and freezes

You need a special code for Ice Climbers.

And Bowser needs something else besides just the module file.
He's not like Zelda/Sheik and/or Samus/ZSS so there's no much problem.
Before someone attacks me:
No, I won't say/accept the term "American" to refer exclusively to people or things from the United States.
America is a continent and deal with it.

so for bowser all I need is the codes? and do u know where I can find the special code for ice climbers
