how do i customize and add custom character select screens?

how do i customize and add custom character select screens, i see other people do it but how?
(as always i use pal riivolution)

In the common5_en.pac, in sc_selcharacter, you'll see another blue ARC data, expand that one too and you'll get a bunch of MiscData's that you can replace the textures of for custom CSPs(Character Select Portraits); the other parts of the sc_selcharacter change the rest of the CSS(Character Select Screen); specifically, I think I remember the smaller Character Select Portraits and the names that go with them under the MiscData[30] and MiscData[70] MiscData's
