My game keeps freezing as I'm cycling through Wario's CSPs as soon as I press the button to cycle to the 4th one. The CSP shows up in BrawlBox fine. Any thoughts on what I could do to fix this?

if you remove the CSP and play it will it still freeze?
also wats the CSP u have?

Yeah I removed and replaced the CSP it was freezing before and it started freezing on the next one. So I reinserted all of Wario's CSPs and it started freezing on all of them. I just copied all of my CSPs to a fresh common5 and I'm getting ready to test it.
EDIT: Yeah same thing. I even tried removing all of the CSPs and got the same result.

Maybe you need to reduce the colors on that one CSP.

It's none of that. I loaded Brawl without any common5 on the SD card and the same thing happened. It also happens on random CSPs, so I guess what I need to figure out is: what other files are referenced when you're picking your character that could screw up one specific character (I went through all of the other characters and only Wario is screwing up)

OK, this is weird. Just for the lulz I put the common5 back on but took off Wario's fighter folder... and now there's no freezing. I was under the impression that the fighter folder wasn't referenced when you were selecting your character and that the texture was just loaded once the actual fight loaded (hence why when you have a screwy texture it freezes once you select the stage)
Now I have no idea where to go with this. It was freezing on random csps so I don't think it's one specific texture that's messed up (and I still doubt the textures have anything to do with it, but other than the Brawl+ pac file textures are all that are in that folder. I'm so confused.

What i've got to say for this is redownload the textures in the wario folder because apparently they're corrupt but if there are other CSPs freezing check to see if it's the image's dimension that are too larger

Well there aren't any Wario textures good enough to go through all of that. I really don't even care about fixing it now, I just need to solve the mystery lol.

OK, apparently somehow everything in my Wario folder got corrupted. The B+ pac alone froze and the textures alone froze, but I just downloaded a fresh B+ pac and it didn't freeze, so I guess everything's OK now. This would happen to the character with the most textures -_-
