Roy CSS help

I remember Having that Roy texture with the Issac hair style and it worked out fine, but now every time I hover over the ROY icon it freezes.  I went back to change everything back to normal marth but it still ended up freezing on me.  I'm going to change it back to Marth after this post but I still want to play as Roy.  can anyone help me fix this?  it only freezes on ROY so everyone else is safe.

Something like this happened to me with Wario. The only thing that fixed it was deleting fighter/wario and re-downloading everything I had in it.
