    To actually answer the question: you can use either the custom CSS code or that program PhantomWings made; I forget the name. Search SmashBoards.

    Anyway, there's a program that lets you change your CSS.

    Ok. I'm trying to edit the flaming blue css, but when I open it with that, not all the characters show up. Help?
