PW's new code allows this to be loaded.
But what folders do I need to make for this file?
And where can I get this file?

It's said that you can edit song titles that appear ingame if you hex edit this file.

You can get this file from a Brawl .iso, as I don't have them on me (I do, but I haven't uploaded the info.pac one).

And, yes, you can edit the songs by hexing it.

Check my guide and get the music title editing tool provided; the readme includes download links for the pacs you need.
