ya, i cant open it on bit torrent. it says it invalid. i was wondering if anyone has the same problem or knows how to fix it.

    download WinRAR, it'll open .rar's and, regardless of what the website says, you can actually keep using it after the "trial". After the trial ends there's a little pop up that appears but you can just close it out and still use it.

    download winrar, i won't give you a link, google it. use it to extract your .rar file.  It says 30day trial period, but it works forever, ignore that.

    You can use WinRAR, or you can use 7zip (my favorite).
    The cool thing about 7zip is it can create and open .7z archives, and you are likely to come
    across a few of those.
