Let's see...I just need help identifying wtf is wrong.......

Well Whenever I try to edit a texture that has a pallette, I always get an Error that says:

Object Reference not set to an instance of an object.

Any Ideas on how to fix or what's causing that error?

The texture you created has colors that aren't contained within the pallette. Try deleting the pallette, then importing the texture again.

Make sure you don't change the texture format, that could also cause problems.

That is true, for example, you cant necessarily edit the background of Spear Pillar without deleting the palette (unless you have Photoshop Wink

Black and white usually prevent good modifications, same goes for Luigi's mansion or any other stages/backgrounds/ textures that have a specific palette, the only way is to delete the palette (which admittedly and some times causes weird things to happen) or go to Photoshop and use the "tint" option which will then allow you to rather treat it like a normal texture seeing as how its given color
