i cant figure out how to change the spines on the back of his head so point upward... also what programm is best for vertex hacking?

    I don't know what to do about the sonic thing but in my opinion, the two best programs are 3ds Max or Blender.  I use 3ds max.

    3DS max is by far the easiest when you get down to it, but a lot of people like blender because it's free.
