Toon Link over Lucas.

Is it possible to just replace his MDL0 with one of Toon Link's, like the Vaati vertex?

This blog post has Toon Link's regular model (minus weapons, I think) over Lucas. Grab that (the first one) and then import another Toon Link MDL0 over it (it worked for me.) It might look weird unless you get rid of the sword, shield, etc. (I'm not sure how to do that.)

It's cool, I'll keep the weird weapons. Thanks ernie ^_^ also thanks for the Corneria Venom SSP.

Another thing, I'm using the FitLucasMotionEtc with this from the data partition, and I swapped some animations with Toon Link's. The animations work fine but it's just that whenever he holds items, they're literally in his face, or through his body.
